Who can register

• Players 13+ may create their own accounts.
• Under 13s may only join if a parent/guardian creates and manages the account.

Data we collect

Account details, player profile info, recruiter details, communication data, technical data (cookies, IP).

Why we collect it

To provide services, verify recruiters, protect children, enable scouts to view and contact players, improve security.

Children's data

Under-13s must use parent-managed accounts. Parents can edit/delete profiles and monitor all communications.

Data retention

Profiles kept while active; inactive accounts deleted after 12 months.

Sharing data

Shared only with verified recruiters and service providers.

Your rights

Access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, complain to ICO (ico.org.uk).
